Happy Birthday Jacob and Connor!!!

Since the boys have their birthdays just a few days apart we thought that it would be fun to celebrate at Chuck E. Cheese. So Connor and I (Paul was in Iowa City @ Drill) packed up on Saturday morning and headed to Des Monies. We had pizza, played games, ate cup cakes, opened presents! Connor was a little shy at first, there is a ton going on there but once he warmed up to the place he had a great time! I took a lot of pictures so I made some collages to take up less space :) hope you enjoy the video from this morning and the pictures from yesterday!

Baton Fun!!

Most of last night and this morning Connor has been marching around the house with his new baton! It didn't seem so loud at Chuck E. Cheese but in a house, man I wish it had a volume control!! Thanks Max! Connor loves it though :)

Giddy Up!

Connor is just a natural on a horse! He really liked riding the horse, we went back three times!

Cake and Presents!!

Aunt Tanya brought some cupcakes and we sang Happy Birthday to the boys and they got to blow out their candles! They both got lots of fun presents. So far Connor's favorite is the Baton from Little Einstein’s that Jacob, Max, Tanya and Kayla got him!!

Games, Games, Games!!

We played games at Chuck E. Cheese for THREE hours on Saturday! I think Connor could have played all day but mom was ready for a nap!!

Jacob and Connor loved this ride :) They kept taking turns, letting each other drive and run the up/down lever!

Swinging with Mom!!

Grandpa Clark and Oma have a very fun swing set in their yard and Connor could spend HOURS back there, too bad the grown-ups only last about 30 minutes! That boy just needs to learn to pump his legs and he could stay there all day!!!

Grandpa Clark's Tractor

So this is the little tractor that Grandpa Clark used to ride when he was little! Connor had a blast on it, even though he could only go in a circle!! He is used to his wide handle bars on his trike and this has a small stearing wheel, and not automatic stearing!!! We had to straighten him out a few times!!

Silly Connor!!

Connor came in from playing outside at Grandpa Clark and Oma's house and while going potty hit his shirt and pants! Undies and shoes stayed dry:) So he got to run around looking silly for awhile!!

These are just some pictures of us at the zoo over the past 6 months or so :) Notice that we go from sweaters and vests to tank tops! Also say hi to Aunt Megan and RaRa!

Polar Bear

The Polar Bear is Connor's favorite thing at the zoo, besides the train! We love it when he is actually swimming laps and not just napping :)
